1986 Corvette Convertible

Appears to have a GM replacement engine.
Compression at 150#
Vac at idle around 22-23
EGR performance problems.
LF headlight motor works great. electronic controls failed.
Steering column loose at tilt joint.
Car lights up tires at any and all opportunities.
2.73 gears in the 36 rear
Rear bearings done recently.

Will not pass smog due to EGR performance test(but emissions numbers at bottom of scale=great!)
Salvage title(unknown why) PO had car for 4 years.
Battery works but will need replace soon. Alt output 14.2v
Driver door outside latch funky-hard to open.
Top leaks(what conv doesnt?)
Top operation NOT tested but told it works fine.
Car brand new to me-I bought it for hot rod project-its nice enough to restore if you wanna buy it whole for 4,000 as is.
